Take the barrel cap off. There will be two pins above the trigger, use the nipple on the top of the cap to push the pins out. Remove the trigger assembly(I highly suggest not disassembling the trigger group), the barrel, and the fore-end. The pump is held in place by two arms coming out the aft end of it. Unlock the pump by pushing in the button in the middle of it like you were going to load it, but only bring the pump 1/3 way back. Then push up on the slides at the bolt end and they should come unhooked. After that you should be able to pull the pump straight out. To remove your action or bolt, you must squeeze both ends of it together with your fingers and turn it sideways while it is compressed, after that you can just pull it right out. That should be sufficient to clean and properly lubricate the gun.
