How do you file a complaint with Home Depot?

I am a long time customer at store 4110 at Wyomissing PA. I was renting a tool at the store about a year and a haft ago. The associate behind the desk was a person by name of (Shaw Woods). This time he was not helpful to me as a customer, tollay disrespectful and unpolite to me. I did not complain because I let it go, but this time I was using the rest room which is at the back of the store. When I was coming out of the restroom I saw Mr Woods again and asked him if he knew where was a product. He told me that he was going to lunch and had no time to show me where this product was, I thought that home depot was for customer service. I quest I will take my business and money to the BLUE STORE (LOWES). I am sorry that your company has employees like Mr Woods.

I bought a Ridgid 18 volt cordless drill now the batteries don;t hold a charge.I took the batterie to one of your service centers 2 weeks ago I still am without a batterie. This lifetime service agreement is joke.It seems to me you should babel to go to a home depot store and get a new batterie. The way of doing business is very poor custmer service.
