There shouldn't be a title... It's just a registration card and u don't need it
Yes, in the state of Texas a jet ski must be registered before it can be used on the water. You will need the title or any paperwork to show the jet ski is yours so it can be registered.
you have to be 16 to drive a jet ski on Texas

no it is not illegal to sale it with out the title as long as it is in you name and there is no lien on it and you can get a title for it.

Jet Blue
Yes majority of all boats have a title even my old 1989 waverunners have one.
If you examine the Title it should specify the model year.
Only if the weapon isn't automatic.
Jet is a species of Coal ( a black rock) that is valued as jewelry, not normally used as fuel. Jet, to most people is a type of airplane known for high speed- a Jet engine, Jet propulsion laboratory in California, etc. the title alludes to speed and action- some folks, who have never seen the magazine, assumed it was an aircraft magazine akin to air classics, aviation history, etc. so it is certainly a catchy title- and weekly publication pours on the Jet Fuel, so to speak!
It depends but in Texas you have to be 13 years or older to get your boating license
