Go to the library, post office, IRS office, or IRS.gov and get your 1040 form and 1040 instruction book. Collect you W-2's, 1099's, 1098's and any other form sent to you in the month of January. Get a pot of coffee, a lot of sharp pencils a calcultor and about 6 hours and prepare your tax return. Mail it into the IRS and you have just filed you own taxes.
