To fill your Mercury Outboard Trim boat motor, lower your engine to a 45 degree angle, Make sure your boat is level. Remove fill screw, and add the amount of fluid required to fill.
My Mercruiser Alpha One has separate trim and tilt buttons on the throttle do these both do the same thing As far as I can tell they both just move the trim up and down?
When wired correctly, the smaller trim buttons are designed to operate through the trim cycle only. The larger tilt / trailer button is used to tilt the outdrive up, for clearance when trailering the boat.
