The easiest ones took look for him would be in,
1. Miracle Sea 3F
2. Mystifying Forest 13F
3. Spacial Rift 12F
These are the easiest places because they're more commonly known.
To get darkrai or any other legendaries though, you need the Secret Slab or the Mystery Part occasionally found on the Job Bulletin Board in Guild Master Wigglytuff's Guild usually having to travel with a Pokemon
