i don't know what pokemondeluge is but i think you mean Pokemon platinum.To get dialga and palkia you do NOT need to beat the elite four! First you have to beat volkner, the last gym leader, and get HM7waterfall from the girl in the little beach in sunnyshore. Then talk to the elder in celestic town (biggest house).She will say something about 2 orbs summoning dialga and palkia.Now you have to get those in mount coronet,on the way to the spear pillar but don't use the path to get to it. Find the path that takes you inside next to a small pool of water. Use waterfall at the waterfall (duh). Get the 2 orbs then go to the spear pillar. SAVE! When you enter there will be a blue light (dialga). After you catch it, leave SAVE and enter again. There will be a pink light (palkia). Both are level 70.
