to find Ho-Oh you need to have beaten the elite4 , have already caught kyogre,groudon, and raqauza. after you have done that go to slateport and ask the lady by the ferry to give you the eon ticket. when you have it take your self on a ferry with your eon ticket to an island called mirage island. once you are in the cave on the island. go through it, its a really short cave.gewt out of it and you will seea scene of you and Ho-Oh. fight him or you can catch him. but use a master ball.
