They are located on a peice of flex hose coming off of the Intake Manifold. If you look where your air filter is, there should be 4 separate components on that pipe. 1 - An Oil Cap breather tube, from the pipe to your Oil Cap. 2 - A ower Brake Vaccum Line - Its normally some 3/8 Vaccum hose that ends up going to a vaccum box. 3 - your IAT (Intake Temperature Sensor). It is located closer to the Manifold on the flex hose, near the oil breather tube. You may need a screwdriver to pry it off. And 4 - the MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor). Its normally mounted to a peice of cast iron on the opposite end of the flex hose, and is held in by 2 special screws. It has a rather large plug on the end.

That would be an oxygen sensor installed AFTER the catalytic converter ( also called a catalyst monitor )
