these 3 can be caught in Pokemon fire red/leafgreen versions you cant catch all three.

Charmander = Suicune
Bulbasaur = Entei
Squirtle = Rakiou
You can only catch them after you have beaten the elite four and obtained the national pokedex.
these 3 are hard to catch, they are able to flee from battle so i would recommend a masterball

Legendary dogs Pokemon Fire Red?
The legendary Dogs in FireRed( Entei, Raikou, and Suicune) are found randomly. If you started off with cHarmander as your starter then you will find Suicune in the wild. If you picked Squirtle as your starter then you will find Raikou and if you picked Bulbasaur as your starter then you will find Entei. You can find them in the grass and on the water. I'm not sure about caves. P.s. If you trading with other players and get all three starters then you can catch al three of the legendary dogs!!!!!!!
