there are a few ways they are :
- Shinto ruins that's in near the ruins of alph what you have to do is trade arceus to soul silver and take to the ruins of alph go through some kind of door not sare witch one but its in the ruins of alph and a man will bump into you not sare wat to do then jus talk to the man and follow him but at one point some one asks you if you want palkia dialga or gratina.
- trade at the gts (you have to see him first)
- trade from diamond
- trade from pearl
- trade from platinum
- get it in a special event
