It depends on what type of editor you want. If you're ready to send your book to a publisher, they'll assign you an editor. If you want what is called a "beta reader," you can ask your friends and family to read and edit your work. If you have a lot of spare money, you can send your work to a professional editor and pay them, but I don't recommend wasting money on such things. Use your spell-check and grammar-check, and have someone you trust read over it.
