In Pokemon leaf green and Pokemon Fire red it's VERY SIMPLE! All you have to do is go to the Seavault Cannon or go to the hardest place to find them, POKEMON TOWER!
The answer above is correct but it's really not that simple, if you just started and you want a Cubone but can't find one in Lavender Town so decied on the Seavault Canyon your going to have to wait quite a while for it because you have to beat the elite 4 before you can go to the Further Islands such as 4-7.

∙ 14y agoGet the national dex and talk to Dawn in Sandgem town. Keep talking to her and doing what she suggests. Pretty soon she'd say something about her sister. Talk to the sister and pretty soon she'll tell where cubone is. (Temporarely)
