∙ 12y agoDepends on the version. In Animal Crossing: City Folk, I know there is a theater in the city that you can learn emotions with. In Animal Crossing: Wild World, I know there is a guy called Dr. Shrunk that teaches you emotions. You can find him off a random encounter.

∙ 11y agoYou will have to wait until Dr. Shrunk visits your town again. He will give out 1 emotion per visit. Once you have 4 emotions (the maximum you can have at a time) you can choose if you'd like to keep the ones you have or replace an emotion with something else you have learned.

No. Not that I know of, anyway. In Animal Crossing games you can only play as a human. I think it would make the game more interesting if there was an option to be an animal, though! Although there is no apparent way of being an animal on Animal Crossing, you CAN buy items of clothing (For example, the 'bunny hood') that make you look like an animal. I believe this is the closest you can get to being an animal. Hope I helped! :)

Well it's really up to you. If i were to recomend one i would actually recomend Animal Crossing City Folk, because i have both games listed on you question (Animal Crossing City Folk & Mario Kart Wii) and i must say i really do enjoy Animal Crossing City Folk more. Hope this helped:)
