I'm afraid that just like coal, iron ore is randomly populated in the level. There's no real way to know where exactly it is in the level. The best way to find any ore, however, is to explore a deep cave. As you explore the cave, keep your eyes on the walls for cubes that look like coal but are a butterscotch color. Be sure when exploring to bring a sturdy sword (or two) and plenty of torches.
While you often find coal peppered into the side of a mountain just walking about, it is stunningly rare to find iron just out in the open, but it does happen.
Same place as the computers vanilla Minecraft.
The same way you get iron on Minecraft PC/Desktop Edition and Xbox Edition. Just try to find a cave.
You need to craft it out of Iron Ingot and Sticks.
you cant
I don't know if this is accurate, but I found some under a river.
In pocket edition you'll need iron, gold or a diamond pickaxe.
an iron pickaxe will do.
dig down its not hard but to use it you need to melt it
You can use the seed i like pizza and there will be gold, iron, and diamond under your spawn.
If you mean iron then I know what you are talking about. But you find it the same way you would in PC minecraft. Just make a stone pickaxe and try to find iron. You can find it almost at any depth. But you can find it from about -10 blocks to bedrock.
put iron ore in the furnace (be sure there is coal in there too)
In order to to get iron ingots, you need to smelt iron ore.
