well you cant unless your playing a hacked ROM or using game shark
for the hacked ROM way you need to fight a Pokemon befor you get your starter then when you enter battle your Pokemon will appear as "Missing No."
for the game shark way its almost like the Hacked ROM way you need to use walk though walks code then get in a battle befor you get your starter then again your Pokemon will appear as "Missing No."
There is no missingno anymore.
While it was possible to find missingno. in Red version, it is not possible to find it in FireRed.
LeafGreen version does not have Growlithe.
You can't find a Vulpix in Pokemon FireRed version. That pokemon is version-exclusive to Pokemon LeafGreen.
I have an older version of LeafGreen and I didn't need to surf around the island i just went into the mansion at Cinnabar Island and he was on the 2nd floor and he's really hard to catch but if you get an old game from eBay its possible to get him. by: Man Spider27
You don't find it, you have to have an AR (Action Replay) CORRECTION YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE DS VERSION. POKEMON LAKE IS AN ONLINE POKEMON GAME
You can't get it in FireRed or LeafGreen without an Action Replay. You can only get it in Red Version, but it can mess up your game. Missingno. can Mess up you game, but not that much.
