To find out how many dung points you have first go to the dumbing place,then go to the dung tokens store(left of the entrance). Once you are there all you need to do is trade with the man.
You get one token for every 10 experience points (rounded down), so you would need somewhat more than 100,000 experience points in Dungeoneering to get 10,000 tokens. If you get some Dungeoneering experience from activities other than Dungeoneering (e.g. experience lamps, or the Tears of Guthix activity), that won't give you Dungeoneering points, so you would need more than 100,000 experience points total in this case.

It is a relatively new skill (a year old or so). Although it is listed among the skills, it is really more like a minigame or activity, in which you have to find the exit of an underground dungeon to get points.

The deepest level floor available to non-member RuneScape players is floor 35. Floor 35 can be accessed by players after reaching level 69 Dungeoneering (about 650,000 experience in Dungeoneering).

Dungeoneering is a skill in which you travel through various levels in Daemonheim. It uses all skills. You can train it with your friends with this skill. Many players call this a "minigame" as it is unlike any other skills.
The keys in dungeoneering appear in random places, so you just have to search for them.
