It is listed on the right hand side of your profile page. When you first log on look on the left side of the home page and click on your profile.
In the left hand column click"my Contributions" to see any questions you have asked.
Just click "Search Questions" on the left. Then click on Members and put who you want to find in the blank. Then click Search Members.

Yes, you can just go to my profile, and on your right it says find friends. That is a feature to find people on Answers that you already know. If you want to make new friends, just participate on the site. After a while, others will message you, or you will find people with similar interests. You can look at questions that interest you, find out who participated in answering them, then leave posts on their message board from their profile.
