Usually there is no simple way. But there is an exception. If you find the control unit for remote commands it means of course that you have a keyless remote. It can be under the driver seat and somewhere under the dashboard. The easiest way is to bring the car at a dealer's place and ask them to check it, but you have to pay for that usually.
