Call your local DMV.
naomi dixon.
You cannot unless they choose to tell you or you go to court to research the traffic court case that caused it to be suspended.
This question is unclear. If your license was suspended for a particular period of time and it has passed without incident (tickets, etc), then you probably can get the license reissued. You'll need to call the Motor Vehicle division to find out where you stand.
This is just me, but you shouldn't be driving in the first place if your license is suspended. Here's one way you can find out. Walk to the nearest police station in your town. Tell them you were just in an automobile accident and let them know your license is suspended. See what kind of reaction you get. Chances are you will be slapped with a fine and have to spend the night in jail. You could try to sue the person. But the bit about your liscense being suspended will only ensure that you will lose the lawsuit.
it can if they find that you lied about your car being stolen.
You need to call the Department of Public Safety Headquarters in Austin Tx. I just happen to have the # handy because my license just got suspended too! The # is 512-424-2600. They'll answer any questions you have about your drivers license. Good luck!
CAN I GET INFORMATION ON LINE TO SEE IF MY AUTO INSURANCE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED THRU DMV?
Do you mean , If you are insured and dont have a license, and you drive? If that is the question, that you are driving without a license you will get in serious trouble, you could be in a license check going down the highway, or be in an accident, you have to have a license to drive legally.
You have no automatic right to to have access to another person's driving record.
Of Course they check your motor vehicle report every 6 months!
Obtain a copy of your MVR (driving record) from the MN DMV office.
