The monetary value of any autograph is what someone is willing to pay for it. The magazine for people who buy such Autographs would probably be the best place to start; you would at least get some consensus on an APPROXIMATE value.

Note that the value of any autographs depends not only on the name who signed it, but also the quality of the signature, how well preserved the photo, and (unfortunately) whether or not the signature is authentic. Only an expert can tell you how much any of the apply to your autograph.
