Otherwise, try a public records website like PeopleFinders.com, PeopleSearch.com or PublicRecordsNow.com.
These sites sell data like addresses, phone numbers and email. They can help you get the information you need.
county court houses hold this info as public record, also depending on the laws that may govern, you may find the owner of an address from the utility company, or the local assessor
you can go on your states real estate commision's website and see who owns what home by putting in their address but im not sure you can look it up by there last name.
