well you can get one from the battle frontier but you need battle points. i think u need about 49 battle points there is an easier way: go to veilstone galactic building use the dowsing app and find it.

∙ 12y agoThere are two places you can find a razor claw, both are near Victory road. One is on the first floor of Victory road, the other one is on route 224 when you defeat the Elite Four and attain access to the route from Victory road.
