First, find out what party he will be at. Sometimes he will be there, sometimes he won't. Now find out what server and room he will be in. I strongly suggest that you go on Mimo777's website to find out. Now when the times comes, get on the server and into the room earlier then the time he is expected to arrive so you can get in there, not just stand in another room with a bunch of other penguins trying to get in also.
Now say you're not able to get on the server or room. Just go into another crowded server and look around, I did that when I found him.
