you have to go to Petalburg city and talk to the old man who lives at the docks at the shore and ask to go to Dewford.When you are there, you go north until you reach the north beach and go east.There will be a cave.go in. Then you will have to east again and there will be a hole with a ladder in it. Go down the hole and start runing everywhere until sable eyes appears. it will take some time but eventually sable eyes will appear.
