You can't. Shadow Pokemon, which come from Pokemon XD and Pokemon Colosseum, have to be purified before they can be traded to other games.
So, you *can* get any of those Pokemon that start out as shadow Pokemon (trade to Sapphire then to Pearl for instance), but they won't be shadow Pokemon anymore, because they will be purified.
I don't get it why do they have to torture us and make it so that we have to purify them before we can trade them (and yes this is a question inside an answer inside a question) (they=Nintendo and game makers)

WRONG! Shadowball is a dark type move in sapphire, emerald, and ruby. if you don't play the game you shouldn't try to answer the questions on it. >_<

it is in Pokemon emerald/sapphire/ruby and its ghost type move and it can be found at the last floor of mt pyre

2. Buy it at the Battle Frontier for 64 BP, or
3. Find it on Route 210, Sinnoh Battle Tower, or Pokemon Battle Revolution, & trade.

∙ 9y agoShadow Pokémon cannot be found or captured in Pokémon SoulSilver instead you can only find them while playing two Pokémon games which were available on the Nintendo GameCube, youn can find them in Nintendo GameCube games such as Pokémon Colosseum as well as in Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness.
