For 2.0 Profiles:
Try these directions for putting a 2.0 layout into your 2.0 profile. You have to paste the 2.0 layout code into the CSS Box, here are directions to find the CSS box:

Make sure you are using 2.0 code. the old code for 1.0 will not work in 2.0 profiles. Also make sure you follow all the directions because if you don't clear old code the new layout wont work.
To set a picture from Photobucket as your MySpace background, first, log in to your Photobucket account and find the image you want to use. Click on the image to open it, then copy the direct link (URL) provided for the image. Next, log in to your MySpace account, go to your profile settings, and paste the copied URL into the background image section. Save your changes, and the image should now appear as your MySpace background.
If you find a layout or background on websites such as google or pyzam.com, you copy it and go into edit profile and past in the "things about you" box.

1. Go to your Myspace profile 2. Look at the top of your profile screen 3. Find the words "Go Back" 4. Click the words and it will take you back to 1.0 with the same profile background you had before you switched to 2.0
You go to a myspace layout website, and enter the code of the myspace layout you like into where it says "My Media Box" under edit profile on meez. Then check out your profile, and you should have a background! or Just open another window, and go to Myhotcomments.com. Go to the layouts part of the site. find one you like, and copy the HTML code. then goto your profile, click edit, and down in the media box box, click PASTE.
If you have Myspace 2.0 Under the Profile button, at top left of Myspace, click on customize profile and delete the module. You will still have an Add Comment button in your Basic Info module at the top of you profile. If you still have Myspace 1.0, you can find many codes to hide comments if you Google it.
Go to your settings there should be a button that says profile there u can find the switch

A code for myspace could be a layout code which you add to your myspace profile and it makes a design show up on your myspace. It also could be referring to a myspace hide code which you enter into your myspace and it hides parts of your profile. LIke if you dont want to have your comments section you can hide it. A free layout generator for MySpace can be found in a few places. Quackit, Mywackospace, Getgreatcodes, and Pimpmyprofile are good places to go to find a variety of layouts for your MySpace profile.
If you are on myspace you have a browser...ex: Internet Explorer, Firefox...search in google for myspace layouts..find the one you are looking for, get the code..copy and paste it into your 'about me' section on your myspace edit profile page...hit save changes and your done!!
