The Musician's house (must have taken 9 photographs and spotted all the differences), The Tea Master's house,(must have served tea to 26 thirsty people) The Animal Lover's house,(must have given hammy the hamster at least a 30 step workout) The sweetheart's House,(must have saved after watching the credits) The Puzzle Doctor's House,( must have solved at least 150 puzzles) each are unlocked separately after completion of certain puzzles, procedures, or tasks. There are 15 puzzles and you can must ask them separately or use the link for the related questions below this answer for the puzzle numbers that are available

Why does Luke leave Layton in Professor Layton 3?
The next series of games after Professor Layton 3 was announced on March 11 2009 by Level 5 the creator of the Professor Layton and the curious village. They are to be a prequel to the Professor Layton and the curious village. However the first of the three part series of games that will follow Professor Layton 3 has not even been released in the Japanese market yet. Professor Layton and the Devil's Flute (japan release name) will be released in Japan on November 26 2009. The game is a prequel to the series and is set 3 years before the events in Professor Layton and the curious village. It tells the story of how Luke became his apprentice. At at news release where level 5 shared there future vision on August 25 2009 they indicated that the game will include an RPG mode that allows players to create their own avatar and experience life in the Layton series version of London. This bonus mode will offer a 100 hours of play time. In the beginning of the film Layton receives a letter from an Opera singer who invites them to a performance and then asks Layton, Luke, and Remi for assistance in a mystery. The Movie takes place right after the event's of the first prequel which some have titled Professor Layton and the Specter's Flute. The movie is to be released in Japan on December 19 2009 in Japanese. A trailer was recently released of Professor Layton Vs. Ace Attorney, and Luke was a prominent part of that trailer, so one can only assume that he either returns to Layton or it's another partial Professor Layton prequel type of thing.
