How do you find the blower motor resistor on a Hyundai 2002 santa fe?

The blower resistor is located behind the glove box. You have to remove the glove box (easy; but its best to remove contents of glove box first), then locate the resistor plug located directly behind the glove box light, within the blower channel/housing/black plastic construct..?. or whatever you wanna call it. The wire for the plug should be visible, while the resistor itself resides within the blower housing.
