The ONLY way you can get a king's rock is to go to Wish Cave.Have an Escape Orb in case you don't have enough money.Keep going around the floors until you see a Kecleon Shop on the floor. There is 75% chance a Kecleon Shop in this dungeon will have a King's Rock. Pick up or switch items with the King's Rock. Exit the shop and don't pay for the items. Escape wih the orb immediately.Otherwise, you will be killed by Lv.75 Kecleons. You can get the Leaf Stone exactly the same way.
