If you're talking about the one on the cover of Pokemon White, that's Zekrom. When your beat the Elite Four, you'll challenge a guy called N, and the Dark Stone in your bag will turn into Zekrom. If you run or defeat it, it will just stay there like nothing happened, so don't worry about accidentally killing it.
