The 1922-S Peace dollar is so common, circulated examples are only $16.00 to $19.00 retail. Mint State examples run from $25.00-$35.00

Philadelphia didn't use a P mint mark on $1 coins until 1979, so a "P" on a 1922 Peace dollar is either something that was added later or some kind of damage.
