WRITE THEM DOWN and put them in a safe place like a wallet or purse, it is NEVER a good idea to save them on a word processor on your computer like notepad or ms word

Click start - Control Panel - User Accounts and Family Safety - User Accounts. And then click Change your password on the user accounts screen. In the following dialog box, you can create a new vista password.
