being able to write a balanced equation for a reaction is very important. By balancing an equation we can tell how much material we will need to start with, what the likely products to form, and how much of these products will form
ex: water. 2 hydrogen atoms plus 1 oxygen atom equal one molecule of water. However the process includes 2 molecules of oxygen, so there must be 4 molecules of hydrogen to illustrate the law of conservation of mass, therefore one chemical reaction creates 2 molecules of water. FORMULA: 2 0 + 4 H = H20, H20 (there are 2 oxygens and 4 hydrogens on each side of the equation)
Titration equation can be solved by following the steps below: 1. write a well balanced equation. 2. Calculate number of moles of standard solution that is in the solution. 3. User molar relationship to convert moles of standard solution to that of unknown solution. 4. Find the number of moles of unknown solution.

You need to have values for K, Br2 and 2KBr in order to find out the balance. For example, if you had the values as H2 + O2 = H20 the balanced chemical equation would be 10 H2 = H20.
You don't use unknown variables to solve an equation. The purpose of solving an equation is to find the value of the variable so that it's no longer unknown.
You find, or construct, an equation or set of equations which express the unknown variable in terms of other variables. Then you solve the equation(s), using algebra. You find, or construct, an equation or set of equations which express the unknown variable in terms of other variables. 2NaN ---> 2Na + 3N2
They can be used to find two unknown values with two equations.
Step one is by expressing one of the equation into one term that is taking one unknown in the form of other. Step two is replacing the unknown into equation 2. Step 3 is replacing the found unknown into one of initial equations to find the other unknown.
In a balanced chemical equation there should be the same amount of atoms present in the products as there were in the reactants and only whole molecules can be formed or used (no half molecules). For example... CH4 + 2O2 = Co2 + 2H2O. If you add up the various atoms in the reactants you find 1 x Carbon, 4 x Hydrogen and 4 x Oxygen. The products contain 1 x Carbon, 4 x Hydrogen and 4 x Oxygen. The equation is therefore balanced. You will note also that 2 molecules of O2 were used as reactants in order to produce complete molecules of products.
A chemical equation is used in the means of writing out and describing a chemical reaction, such as the reactants and the substance that forms after the reaction (called the product)P.S: it took me a little to find out the question since i had it too. Some teachers decide to give out questions like these in attempt to get people to practice their research skills instead of just relying on a "magic book" for the answer.

the equation for a triangle is 1/2base*height knowing that it's a simple equation solving for a single unknown.
N plus 28 is a math equation. N would stand for an unknown number. You would add 28 to this unknown to find the answer.
