The Accessories folder is located within the Start menu, under "All Programs".
Click "START", and select "Programs", then "Accessories". Both notepad and wordpad are in the accessories folder.
It's the System folder. But if you are looking for windows/dos commands you'll find them in the Command folder
There is no applications folder in Vista. However, you can find a folder called 'program files' in your windows partition. In program files, you can find your applications.

Well, depends what you mean by 'main folder', if your on windows and you mean the operating system folder, you find it usually under C:\Windows\ or on older computers, C:\WINNT
you can start any of the accessories from the start menu then go to all programs and then you will find accessories. Hope i helped
