Your store items are in your backpack (item bag) when you are in play mode, and when you buy something in the Store, the bag will appear along the right side.
Click on the blue square where it says what island you're on, and then click on Store Items which is at the very top of the list.

1. click on the backpack in the upper right hand corner.
2. click on the drop down bow and click on "STORE ITEMS".
3. Click on the item.

and that is how you find your store items!
