On your first trip using the Future Machine, you get the time device from your future self, in order to fix the flow of time. When you have restored all the items to their proper times, the time device will be completely "GREEN" and the "LAB" will flash. This means it is time to complete the island. Use the time device to go to the lab (12 o'clock) and use the Future Machine again. This time you go to the "restored" future. Go right and take the air-tube to the monorail station. Ride the monorail and use its exhaust to lift you out of the car. Transfer to the other car and repeat the process. When you are near your Sky Home, take the floating lift platform to the rooftop. There you will receive your Island Medallion.

After you have returned all the items to their own times, all the places on the time device will be GREEN. Use the LAB setting to return to the present (Pendulum's Lab), and the Future Machine to bring you to the restored future time. To get to your Sky Home, go right (and swim) until you reach the air tube. Go up to the monorail and get aboard. Use the monorail exhaust to lift you out of the car and onto the other monorail car. When you reach the lift platform, take it up to the roof home. That is where you get your Island Medallion.

you can try using a detangler spray. I would put it in a pony tail all day for less tangles.
