You will need to remove the wiper arms from the gear, they are normally held on with a bolt under a cover, and reposition them at their proper starting point. They should work normally after that unless the gear is stripped from the frost seizing them. What happened is that they were stuck to the windscreen when you turned them on and the motor turned anyways causing them to slip out of position on the gear.
Its not working, switched off, or the LCD plasma screen is damanged in someway.....
The A pillar is the area adjacent to the windscreen. It supports the screen and houses the hinges for the front doors.
Your antenna was likely damaged or removed when the wind screen was replaced.
Its a bonded screen, needs cutting out with cheese wire and new one bonded in with special sealer.

This is normal for CRT TV sets, when the power is switched off, the yoke stops working before the beam is extinguished thus leaving a light spot in the middle of the screen for a second or so.
