Depends, what is wrong with it?
my sony ericsson w810i had this problem. to solve it you have to take everything out, SIM card, battery and Memory card. Blow them to blow away any dust and put them back in after 5 minutes. Then wait a minute and turn the phone on. If this worked the problem could either be:
a) displacement/ unconnected battery/ memory card/ SIM card
b) Dust in the phone causing malfunction
If this doesnt work then the problem is most likely to be a software problem. I would search the sony ericsson website for more information.
