To fix a seized motor in a Geo Metro, first, attempt to free it by removing the spark plugs and pouring a penetrating oil (like WD-40 or PB Blaster) into the cylinders. Let it sit for several hours or overnight to allow the oil to penetrate and lubricate the internals. Then, try to gently rotate the crankshaft using a wrench on the crank pulley; if it doesn’t budge, further disassembly may be necessary to inspect for internal damage. If the motor is severely damaged, a rebuild or replacement may be required.
You replace it you do not fix it.
kick it. that should help
That depends on what it is doing or not doing.

If the turn signal bulbs work but just do not flash, replace the Flasher Relay.
Take the door apart and disconnect the seized motor from linkage and tape up window and replace motor.
Oh honey, you're better off finding a needle in a haystack. But if you're feeling lucky, try googling "Geo Metro engine diagram" and see if someone out there has mercy on your poor soul. Good luck, you'll need it!
sounds like you need pads cheap fix
If you've pulled the plugs and the cylinders are full of gas, the motor is seized, won't turn at all (have you put a socket & bar on the crank?) then replace the motor with a used/rebuilt one would be the easiest.
