Basically just loosen rockers so you can pull pushrods & unbolt, remove head in question. Keep pushrods in order. Clean gasket surface. The gaskets are usually copper or similar. Throw back on & torque to specs in sequence. You will need a manual for your engine & a socket that fits crank bolt so can set lash. You will have to turn engine manual to open & close valves & use a feeler to check distance between each valve stem & rocker. It's not hard for an amateur, but you need a manual for your engine that has procedure outlined. I don't know that engine specific but have done it to a few & generally that's how it goes.
