Sorry, sounds like its broken. have you dropped it? if you get something metallic by it can or will break.
You blow into the microphone on the DS, which is just below the top screen.
In a trashcan. Further in the game, you can build a Perry Tracker to find Perry on the top screen.
oh it happend to me alot and i fixed it every time it happend, and now ill tell you guys how to fix it! first start up the ds but wait! before it shows Nintendo ds on the screen, press and hold start + select. then once the Nintendo ds screen fades away, and before it says this product is not licenced or edorised by Nintendo, press and hold A + B while your still holding start + select (so you will be holding start + select + A + B). after that the screen fades away and it takes more time to load as usual (the screen will be white for 10 secs) and then you can add codes again!!! yay!! thanks :) that worked! <3
Here's how to fix it: Hold down A and B before turning your DS on. Still holding it down, turn it on. Before "...Not by nintendo..." screen pops up, hold down start and select, still holding A and B. Continue holding them until Menu screen pops up. It will most likely freeze when you let go, so turn it off, start it again, and it will work. :)

tell the people at the store you got it from, and they will either fix it or replace it
If a DS is dropped and its broken, the best thing that you can do is to send it to Nintendo. It depends on how badly broken it is. If the top screen came off from the bottom screen, there is a problem, but Nintendo can most likely fix it. If the whole system burst into pieces, you are better off buying a new one. I wouldn't chance Nintendo fixing it, as there could still be problems with it.
Your DS was probably screwed. Try replacing it, or send it back to the store to fix it.
You cannot fix it. It is broken and cannot be changed. You must get a new one or something.
Depends on what needs to be repaired top screen replacement $45 bottom screen replacement $45 touch screen replacement $30 Ds card slot replacement $30 L/R triggers not working $30 broken hinge/top case only $40 total case replacement $55
gamestop and if they cant fix it try amazon, best buy, ect. but i recommend gamestop
you reformat it
I's broken. The same thing happened to mine and I took it apart to fix it, but i messed it up. I recommend sending to a place that fixes them for cheap, instead of trying to fix it yourself. As long as the side without the lights is still in tact, it will still work (that's the side with the cables that go to the top screen)
You can't fix with your own tools. You should bring to a local video game to exchange with your warranty. If you don't have a warranty certify DS with Nintendo to get a free 30-day warranty.
Answertake it to the best buy or call the company who make the mp3 player and ask it be fixAnswerif the screen is cracked, go to eBay or whatever and buy a new screen, and then you have to replace it. But replacing the screen is very hardactually, those are good ideas. here's another way to fix it. this is also the way i fixed my ds. you can go on to www.nintendo.com and you are able to ship your ds and have it fixed in about a week. but you might have to pay about 50 bucks or more... :(but they will also get rid of scratches. ;)
Either something is wrong with the game or your screen is broken.
