First try tapping on the actual motor. It just may jog a tired motor to work a bit more. If not, disconnect the power, remove the motor cover and pull out the motor. Your replacement motor might not come with a fan blade asembly. The local parts store will probably stock a steel one seperately, as taking off the original plastic squirrel cage fan to reuse it is almost impossible. Then just reinstall in reverse order.
