Tape it to the next toe using toe tape, pointe dancers use this and I recommend not getting Bunheads brand as this is low tack masking tape. Le Bleu Pointe Tape is good but expensive. The best for injury is " Smiley" toe tape at Discount Dance Supply, the same stuff can be bought at the grocery store as "tender tape" there's no way to cast or splint a toe, just tape it and maybe shove a sponge or lambs wool under the toe to prevent slippage.
