How do u find a heater control valve on a 96 Ford e150 4.9
Perhaps a bad fan resistor
No such part on a Town and Country. There is a blend air motor under the dash that controls the heater output.
No cable, all controls are done with electric motors.
how do i replace a heater core in a 2001 Chevrolet blazer
There is none - usually it is the module in the top of the heater / blower box (resistor module) that is the problem.
The difference in heater controls!Ok! First of all every car has a heater core-a heater core has coolant running through it at engine temp. This is what heats the car when you turn the temp. control to warm! The climate control does the same job as your heater control! But, is electronicly controlled! Climate control is nice but it is very expensive to fix if something breaks! So, if its up to you which one you want but think of the cost!
The Taurus does not have a heater control valve. Coolant flows through the core at all times. Be sure to review the "Related Question" below for much more about Taurus temperature controls
if im not mistaken the heater control has vacuum lines. take off heater controls and see if you have a bad vacuum line to heater box.
