You just find the key and twist it in the lock and push the key into the lock until the lock breaks. if the key doesn't work use something stronger and do the same thing!
Nine times out of ten the easiest and cheapest way to fix this is replace it with a working one from the wreckers. Are you sure it doesn't have child lock on?
Reverse the way you jammed it
Buy a can of lock unfreeze or wd-40
You let a trained gunsmith fix it.
a lock that is sturdy and not easy to open get a dudley lock they are very hard and sturdy and dont break very easily.
Take it to the Garage
You open access and take the jammed bullet out. Or if access doesn't open take the clip out then take the jammed bullet out.

I would call a locksmith to get it manually unlocked, and then after that you can either get them to fix it or remove the door panel and fix it yourself. It's probably fairly simple, such as a broken lock rod retainer (they're all plastic). Sounds like the power door lock plunger has gone out, or is jammed up. Check fuses, and if they are fine you may need to replace or unstick/lube the lock plunger.
