How do you fix a problem with the drivers side electric window for a 99 Malibu when the motor seems to be good but the window gets stuck intermittently when going up and down?

my passenger window did the same thing. I had to take the whole door panel off and one of the bolts on the bracket that connects the window to the motor was off so i put it back together and it works fine. there are only 2 bolts its actually very easy to fix.

It sounds as if you have either a power or ground problem at the motor.

I am not sure as to your question since you do not reference a certain problem. If you have a relay that seems to work intermittently, I have found that if you very slightly twist the tabs that it will fit tighter. This will insure that you are getting good contact.
