The problem is not the floor, it's the finish. First try a home remedy. In a corner, out of the walking path, spray a small portion with Scott's Liquid Gold. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and wipe carefully. If it cures the problem, you need to remove the build up of old wax from the floor and start over.
I've found that Bruce's Wood Care products, available at home centers, will properly remove the old build up and restore the finish of the floor. Another method is to sand the floor and refinish the surface, a back breaking job.

Buckled hardwood is associated with excessive humidity. I would suggest to get a dehumidifier and remove some moisture from the hardwood. It might take at least a week to so to see results. If it's very isolated area and rest of the flooring is fine; that would be a water damage. Boards affected might need replacement.
Almost for certain, you have water damage in your sub floor which is weakening the floor, causing it to sag, causing the tile to crack. Yes you could replace the sub floor and flooring, but find what's causing the water damages and fix that first. or a joist could be broken
The source of the water is probably from faulty or failed window seals surrounding your front & rear windsheilds.
Your A/C is probably not level in the window and the water (or condensation) is running inside. To fix it; Level the A/C in the window (or have the outside section angled slightly down) to avoid having a wet floor inside.
