It is right behind the hazard lights button. It's a blue cube and very hard to get at. If your turn signals aren't working properly it's probably because the intrigue uses the turn signal lights as the daytime running lights which causes the sockets to become very hot when they get hot they expand and break the connection at the bulb, this is a major engineering flaw(the intrigue is full of bad electrical components and designs) to fix the problem you have to pry the leads on the bulbs out a bit, about a millimeter or two, spread on a bit of noalox or any other conductive paste and push the bulb into the socket, also pull out the daytime running lights fuse(DRL fuse see owners manual for location)this keeps the sockets from getting hot and expanding.This is the only way to fix the problem unless there is an after market socket rated for that kind of heat. Way to go GM, no wonder your BANKRUPT!

Check the coolant fan see if it turns on when the engine gets hot. if not then your temp sensor could be bad
