Well you can but it may cause hair loss. No relaxer should be used in bleached hair the chemicals don't like each other. Your hair will become brittle and dry and break right off from your scalp. I have been using perms most of my life and I have friends who have bleached and relaxed their hair. I do not recommend you doing this. Let the bleach grow out then relax it. My mom dyes her hair and uses relaxer but has to grease her hair every night or it will be brittle.

Yes, it will dry your hair and cause it to become unmanageably brittle. If your hair is dyed or bleached a light color, it will possibly turn it greenish.
